Actually your first post received a reply within about 15 minutes, and your second one got a reply too.

If you are seeing a totally unrealistic refund amount---first thing to check is your own income entries to make sure you did not accidentally hit a comma instead of a decimal--they are next to each other on the keyboard and it is easy to do.  Or if you added a zero, entered some income with a typo, etc.  Check all of that--twice.

If you think your W-2 is wrong you have to have a discussion with your employer to get a corrected W-2.
