I need to amend my tax return to reflect that I am an ordained minister. How can I do this?

If you have already filed your return, save a copy of it on your computer. Don't file an Amended Return until you receive your Refund. An Amended Return does not 'catch up' to your original return and correct it. It is processed separately, and can take several months to be processed. You have up to three years to Amend.
