Ask the lawyer that you used for the purchase whether he or she has a copy of the settlement statement. If not, the lawyer will probably know if there's someplace else that you can get a copy.
You could also try asking the real estate agent, or the lender that made the original mortgage loan.
The seller might also have a copy of the settlement statement, if you can contact them.
This is not a TurboTax question. However, the only thing I could suggest is that you contact the title company that you closed your loan with. It is possible that too much time has passed to be able to get a copy of it.
