I need a copy of my tax return and it is only showing one page when I download it. How can I get the entire document?

I need a copy of my tax return and it is only showing one page when I download it. How can I get the entire document?

The entire return might only be one sheet of paper.  Page 1 is on the top half, then a signature line, then page 2 on the bottom.
