Hello, 

I need to amend my tax return 2019. But its stated that it won't be available until later on in feb. It's the 26th when will form 1040x be available through turbotax?

Does it make a difference if you filed totally free w/ turbotax or did I need to pay to receive the option to amend?

The 1040X is now suppose to be ready on Feb 27 tomorrow.
