I'm wondering why my state refund is zero? My federal refund has an amount- as well on other website that I filed, it says my state has an amount.

I was on FreeTaxUSA and my state refund amount was not zero like it is on Turbotax here. I switched over because Turbotax is actually free. Did I make a mistake somewhere?

We cannot see your return.   First --- check the amounts you entered from boxes 16 and 17 of your W-2's to make sure they are entered correctly--no misplaced decimals etc.  If you have a copy of your 2021 state return to look at, print both returns and compare them side by side to see what is different for 2022.

Thanks. I did double  check, and all the information in box 16 and 17 are indeed correct. I'm not sure what the issue is- I'll just go back to FreeTaxUSA since it seems to be more accurate there. I have no idea how to resolve this, but I don't think I"ll get much more help. Appreciate your effort.
