I'm trying to access my return from last year, but for some reason it is only giving me the option to start on next years return. Help

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2023 return online--when the online software for 2023 becomes avaiable in early December -- and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

Just checked....2023 "Online" has started up (at least for my Online account), and 2022 has been archived and is down in the "Your tax returns & documents" area lower on the screen.

Still starts out in Race Mode  this year (which I turned off)
