I'm stuck in an endless loop attempting to e-file my federal amended return for 2023?

My original 2023 federal was e-filed and accepted. When I attempted to e-file the amended I was given an error stating I needed an update. After updating I can't past the Federal and state e-file screens which are stuck in a loop.

Commentary not a solution to the original question - I have a different problem, but curious did you install the desktop copy of Turbotax or did you amend using the online version? I was told (by TTax help) that I could only use the Desktop version so I paid for that after my original return was accepted online.  Anyway, my problem is I cannot get the "Review again" link to work so I can fix my rejected amended return. Good luck on your endless loop issue.

You can navigate to the area where a correction is required to fix the problem.  Get back into the interview section by going to My Infor, Personal Information then choosing which area you need to correct.  Use the information from the e-mail to fix the problem.

If that does not help, come back here with more details about your issue so that we may assist your.

I'm not sure what correction is required. - my original Federal and state were e-filed without any issues, and I'm not showing any errors on the error check step.

This all began when I received a message after transmitting my amended forms, that the federal e-file transmission required a software update to complete.

After the software update, the e-file status screen shows I had trouble with the Federal Transmission as shown in the first screen shot. It says my state was transmitted but I haven't received a confirmation text or email from the state.

The loop occurs between the 2nd and 3rd screen shots. (Federal e-file screen & the e-file your state return screen.) It just loops back to the Federal e-file screen, apparently thinking I have already e-filed my federal even though the e-file status screen shows it wasn't sent.
