So TurboTax says 02/21 is the deposit date I paid the five days early I have the child tax credit and it says now it can’t give that to me and I got an email my refund would be sent by 2/26/25 the irs website says it’s been approved and that’s it no date just says if I don’t have it by march 3 to contact them I’m so aggravated that I had to wait longer bc of the child tax credit and now I get 2/21/25 on the app TurboTax but an email that says 2/26/25 I just have bills to pay I need this money I’ve never had issues like this

Has anyone received theirs that has the child tax credit I filed January 23 I know they didn’t start accepting till later but dang
When you receive a notification from TurboTax that your return has been “Accepted” it means that the IRS has accepted it for processing. It does not mean that it has been processed yet, just that is complete and accurate for them to start working on processing your return. You might also get a message for estimated processing time. This is just an estimate, since TurboTax has no control over when the IRS or any state will process your return, once they have been “accepted” by them.
The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there is no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to the Path Act when certain credits are claimed.
The (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit. You can expect your refund by "March 3rd" assuming that there is no hold or other issues with your return. For more information click on the link below

Always go by the actual date provided on the IRS website as we have no control over your return once the IRS has accepted it for processing.
If you signed up for the Up to 5 Days Early Refund Delivery
Up to 5 Days Early Refund Delivery applies when the IRS has processed and approved your refund and a date for direct deposit has been given. For example, if you go on the IRS website and the Direct Deposit is "scheduled" for "February 27th", that's when TurboTax Up to 5 Days Early Option kicks in; it is not based on an assumption of when it might be ready, but rather on the actual date provided by the IRS.
