I'm not sure "which" returns you are trying to acquire--2018 and/or prior returns. Your original question title just says "my returns."
In any case, if you already paid for a 2018 online product with credit/debit card (and the charge went through), then you should be able to print your 2018 return, as well as all prior returns in the same account, which should no longer be locked.
Even without PLUS people using Free Edition can still print their already-filed 2018 returns for free through October.
I don't know why your returns didn't unlock. You'll need to get TurboTax Support to troubleshoot. Since you now have PLUS, it includes phone support. Hours 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern.)
