I just noticed that I misspelled my daughters first name, do I need to amend my return?

I swiped two letter in her first name on my 2017, 2018, and 2019 returns. Last name is spelled correct. Do I need to amend?

No.   The IRS only matches the first 5 letters of the last name and the date of birth.   The first name does not matter at all.

Actually it is the first 4 letters of the last name, year of birth and SS# ... the rest of the name can be dead wrong.  Correct this next time you file.
