I filed in January 28th. It was approved the same day for advance loan, however I haven’t received an email or anything.

I was approved for the refund advance loan Jan 4th I received the actual card that had to be activated once I did that was told in 24 to 72 hours the advance would be in the card that was Jan 8th here it is Feb 7th and nothing yet.

I can honestly say next year I do my taxes with turbo tax I won't do the advance again,

I did mine on the 31st. Got my card yesterday and still nothing! Ridiculous!

Love how they say after you get the card and activate it in 2 days your loan will be on the card, I have been speaking with the cpas on turbo tax and told yes once activated the card 24-72 hours then when that goes by and nothing they say the the bank/green dot is holding the funds.

When I speak with a turbo tax cpa all they say its all set at there end and its in the banks hand, all it seems like to me is run around, I won't be Appling for this refund advance loan next year.

I've been approved Jan 31st. I was told I can access my funds online and make online purchases until my card comes in the mail and I've been trying tti do so since then and was locked out my account and then was told I have to wait until the card comes FALSE ADVERTISEMENT NEVER AGAIN
