IRS claims that my refund was deposited to my checking account. My bank says they did not receive it. I have checked my information and it was correct. Please help!!!

If you checked the status of your refund from the IRS Where's my Refund? page and it reflects that your refund was sent to your bank It can take a few days for the funds to be released by the IRS and posted by your bank to your account. What is happening when Where’s My Refund? shows my refund’s status as approved?
We’ve approved your refund. We are preparing to send your refund to your bank or directly to you in the mail. This status will tell you when we will send the refund to your bank (if you selected the direct deposit option). Please wait 5 days after we’ve sent the refund to check with your bank about your refund, since banks vary in how and when they credit funds.
If you continue to not have progress with your refund and your bank states they still don't have the refund and it goes over two weeks please see this information from the IRS as you may need to initiate a trace: https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-18. This will allow the IRS to contact your bank.
To check on a state refund please visit your state Department of Revenue website for further instructions on refunds that have not been posted to your account.
