Yes, Online TurboTax saves each time you change screens. To exit, you can click on MY ACCOUNT at the top, then choose SAVE & SIGN OUT. You can come back and work on it as many times as you need to.

I paid the Turbotax filing fee when I file my extension, now Turbotax still wants me to pay the filing fee when finishing the return, why?
