I have not recieved my income tax i was told it was suppose

I talked to someone last month and they told me it was being sent out in the mail I have not received anything yet and I sent out my taxes January I just want to know what is going on where I receive

You talked to someone who worked for whom?  TurboTax or the IRS? TurboTax never knows when the IRS is issuing your refund--TT can only give you an estimate of when to expect it.  Did you talk to someone at the IRS?  That seems unlikely since they are not taking calls.

What does it say on the IRS site?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
