I have not recieved any updates and its been over 3 weeks since i sent in paperwork, fid they recieve my insurance stuff or do i need to re fax in my documentation?

i just want to find out if they have everything they need

The IRS is not currently processing any mailed tax returns or paperwork and hasn't been for some time. If it highly likely nothing has been done with your paperwork and it is just sitting at the IRS unopened. There is nothing you can do about it until the IRS starts processing paper again.
