Hello, I am very upset! I filed my taxes with you all and signed for direct deposit, which was highly encouraged by the platform. I contact the IRS and they have advised me that my check was sent to bank in Nov. 2022. I have been calling and calling. I go through the automated system they confirm they have my check and give me the standard 3-5 business days and it will be deposited. I am stilled waiting and it has been 2 months now! This is just CRAZY. I trust Turbo Tax brand and name, but after this I will not longer use your services for my taxes. I call you all and can not get an answer as to what is going on. I receive the standard you signed an agreement with a third party, yada yada, but Turbo Tax directed me to the "3rd" party. I will filing a complaint with the better business bureau. It does appear that I am not the only one having these difficulties either. You all have your money so you do nothing as this 3rd party company literally ROBS your customers. Please tell me how I can get my refund deposited at this point this is considered theft.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
