I have not received my 2020 return. IRS said it has been sent. I have problems with turbo tax yearly. Not using them anymore.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction. 

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Or----if you entered incorrect banking information for a direct deposit:

 

The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS.  Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return.  Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.

@xmasbaby0 I am curious how you knew that @11jg5150  had chosen to file with TT fees being withheld by SBTPG.  What was your clue?

@ClickIt Refund processing was one of my two guesses----the other guess was whether the user entered incorrect banking information.   The IRS refund site only shows that the refund was issued----so if it does not show up for the user those are often valid guesses.
