There could be a multitude of reasons why there is "no amount" shown on your refund. If your sole or main income is social security, then you might not qualify for a refund. However, it could also be a glitch in the TurboTax's system because TurboTax has nothing to do with the amount of your refund, or when it will be distributed.
That being said, my best advise would be to reach out to the IRS and see if you can view a transcript/copy of your return. The copy they provide you with should have your correct amount of your return on it. The instructions on how to find that are listed below:
Track your federal refund at the IRS Where's My Refund site. If your refund status shows as received (being processed) and it's been less than 21 days, hang in there, this is normal. (More Info)
It can take up to 3 weeks for your refund to move into Approved status. This time-frame is unrelated to how quickly you got your refund last year."
