I have filed my income tax of 2023 but missing files I have Turbo tax filed confirmation and IRS withdraw tax funds . Can I tracing my files back from Turbo tax?

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

I use my account to file two party's income tax, one for our household and another  one for my sister Cathy Ting. when I sign in my account only show my sister's  documents and our income tax files not shown    I do have turbo tax confirmation and IRS withdrawed tax from my checking account   Would you please help me to relocate the files  Thanks

If you used the TurboTax online web-based editions, those editions can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID.  If you completed another tax return using the same account as was used for your tax return then your tax return is gone and cannot be recovered since the second tax return overwrote the first tax return.

If you received an email confirmation from TurboTax that your tax return was e-filed and Accepted by the IRS, plus if the taxes owed were debited from your account by the IRS, then you have no issues with the IRS concerning your tax return.

Additionally, you should sign onto your IRS online tax account which will have all your payment and refund information for the tax returns that you have filed and which were processed by the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

How can I file my 2024 income tax wtihout 2023 AGI information?

You mean for next year?  Or are you mixing up the years?  Right now we are filing 2023 tax returns in 2024.  For the year ended 12/31/23.  We don't do 2024 until next April 2025.  Do you need the 2022 AGI now to efile 2023?  

You need your 2022 AGI to efile 2023. The AGI is on 2022 1040 or 1040SR line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2022 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.

Since you mentioned the 2023 tax files were overtake  and can't locate the files, I don't have any information for 2023 AGI for next year to file 2024 income tax.  How could I solve this problem?

Get a Transcript or copy from the IRS.  You can request a transcript from the IRS by signing up for a IRS account

Did you set up an account with the IRS?  Then you can download a transcript of your return and look at your whole account like payments, refunds and AGI for each year.  I just set up an account and can see everything for my ssn.
