After you file

You mean for next year?  Or are you mixing up the years?  Right now we are filing 2023 tax returns in 2024.  For the year ended 12/31/23.  We don't do 2024 until next April 2025.  Do you need the 2022 AGI now to efile 2023?  

You need your 2022 AGI to efile 2023. The AGI is on 2022 1040 or 1040SR line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2022 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
