I have already filed 2018 taxes threw here, now I'm trying to file 2017 and it will not go threw what should I do

Unfortunately, you cannot file 2017 taxes through TurboTax Online.

You must use a CD/Download product. The IRS is no longer accepting these returns for e-file, so you will print and mail.
