There are several transactions on my account they were use to p2p. I did not do them. Also, moving funds from my “Savings Vault”.

You would need to reach out to the customer support team, you can locate the number here. They will be able to assist you in disputing the charge on the card.

I submitted a claim on the 18th was advised I would have a provisional credit and I still have not received it or an answer for my dispute. Why are there no live agents to talk to?

Please see this link that was posted above for information regarding disputes on your TurboTax card. Please click here for the customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

1. Listen to the recording 
2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

Crap is a joke, i had 2000$ stolen out of my vault and sent through freaking paypal and i disputed called millions times to get someone who cant speak english then get an email 6 months later saying it was a legitimate transactions, i still have all the proof. nobody will do anything about it, it makes me sick. I have 3 kids and a paralyzed wife so 2k is a lot to us.
