I have not received my green dot card. I called their number input ssn zip code and birthday to verify my identity they tell me my birthday is incorrect help?

I had the same problem with one of the phone numbers listed, this is the only phone number that worked for me 888-285-4169, after having two cards ordered and not receiving either of them I called again and they told me there's nothing they can do except send another card, if you have the same issue ask them to expedite your card and you should get it in 3 business days
