I had my taxes done by you, would like to know when the AZ Revenue Dept is going to debit my account is it $657 or is it $390 you show two amounts. Thank you

You did my taxes at the end of January and they still have not debited the amount. I tried calling them Friday but couldn't talk to anyone. Thank you.

TurboTax does not process your return for a refund. Once your return has been accepted by the IRS or the state, TurboTax is no longer involved in the process. TurboTax is not advised of the status of your return at all. Privacy Laws prohibit sharing client information between TurboTax and the IRS. Once TurboTax submits to IRS and the IRS accepts the return then TurboTax is no longer involved.

All inquiries, in this case, should be made to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

On another note, each return is processed based on the information on the return. Your return may have issues on them that are not present on anyone else return.
