Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while others don't start processing until sometime later. There's no way to know when your state refund will be approved. You will need to keep tracking it for updates.

Filed extension using Easy extension and paid estimated taxes paid, now using turbo tax desktop to file, I don't see options how to pay/refund the difference
