I got an IRS Notice: CP 2000. The amount that TT imported from Charles Schwab does not match with what Charles Schwab reported. What do I do?

I spoke to Charles Schwab. They said to talk to Turbo Tax. I cannot reach anyone at TT despite paying for AuditDefense (I am not being audited) but TT's AI does NOT show what it recommends to click on.
