After I e-filed, I got a message in TurboTax saying there were certain forms I had to file on paper. It did not specify which forms, and there is nothing noted on the cover pages for either the IRS or New York State returns. I can't navigate back to that screen. None of the forms I've seen mentioned which may require paper filing (8453, 8949, 8962, 8582) apply to me. Both my federal and state forms have since been accepted. How do I confirm that there are or are not other forms to be sent???

There are several instances where Form 8453 could be triggered. The most likely is choosing to opt to include totals from Form 1099-B, instead of listing every transaction. Please see Form 8453 for other possible reasons.
None of the reasons on 8453 apply.
To clarify, what specific forms are you talking about?
