I forgot to update my address for 2022 and paid NY SDI and NY PFL. I didnt work for a NY company nor live in NY for any of 2022. How can I get those refunded?

I am having trouble figuring out how I can get these refunded. Simply cannot find out anything online. Right now my company is saying they cant really help.

You need to update your address with your employer and probably file a NY nonresident return. See Lena's response in this discussion about deducting these taxes.
