I finished my taxes with Turbo tax. tried to print my return. The 2nd page of my 1040 form is not there. I cannot sign and send my taxes without that form?

The Form 1040 is only one page (two half pages) if your tax return does not require any additional forms or schedules.  On the top half of the first page is the Signature and Date blocks for the return.  See this IRS website for the Form 1040 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf
