I filed using turbotax online and received a prepaid card but do I need to do anything else to receive my return on the card?

Make sure that you activate the card.  Then wait for the tax refunds to be deposited onto the card.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
