Refund was direct deposit so I will receive the stimulus twice.

No, you will not receive the stimulus twice.

Most likely the IRS will detect that you already received your stimulus payments and therefore not eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit. If the IRS does not correct your refund, you will have to file an amended return and pay back the amount erroneously received.
