I filed my taxes on 2/19/2019. I've rec'd my Fed tax return but haven't rec'd my VA state tax return yet. Any idea why?

Only the state tax agency will know what all they are doing with your state return. Some states are quick with refunds, while others take a long time--even weeks--as they crack down on fraudulent returns. Some states may be slower this year due to changes in the new Federal tax laws.
