I filed my taxes before the the Simulus was passed

Based on the Stimulus calculator i should be receiving a stimulus check. I ended up having to owe taxes this year rather than getting a refund. How does that affect me receiving my stumulus check? Last year I did get a refund. -Thank you

If you filed in either 2018 or 2019, regardless of having gotten a refund, and provided you meet the criteria. You will get a stimulus check.

Filed for tax ext & paid state taxes I owed before 4/15. Now trying to file my fed & state taxes but it lowered my total refund by what i owed for state-how do i fix it?
