I filed my taxes already but forgot to check the box stating the interest amount I entered differs from my 1098

I co-own a home and forgot to check the box indicating the amount of interest I entered differs from what is on my 1098 mortgage interest statement. Will that cause my return to get held up? Should I file an amended return fixing the error?
