I filed my taxes 1/20/18. When will I be able to view the fees that will be deducted? Also will the refund amount be the original guaranteed refund minus the fees?

You should be able to review your order(s) by reviewing the following TurboTax FAQ:

If those instructions are unhelpful, please review the following TurboTax FAQ but instead of selecting Take me to my return, you may have to select Add a State just to get back into the return area:

There are no guaranteed refund amounts because the IRS and state(s) have to review and approve the refunds you file for. Once the IRS reviews and approves your federal refund, the amount is sent to a third-party, who processes the TurboTax fees and the remaining amount is deposited into the bank account you provided. The state refund(s) must be reviewed and approved and will be sent directly from the state(s) (no third-party is involved).
