I filed my tax return, it was accepted by the IRS, I opted for the Visa card method, waited for it to come in the mail, it came today I set it up, where is my tax return?

How long did it take to get your actual card? I’ve requested two cards already and it’s been over a month. Still NO CARD!

I’ve requested a new card because the first one still had not come a month Kate and now it’s been well over a week and still no card and when I click on “ where’s my card?” It says there’s been an error???? I’ve already contacted an attorney. Apparently there’s hundreds of your customers with the same issue. Thousands of dollars on an invisible card !!! Why are you all with holding peoples money ??? Making it impossible for people to access their tax returns. Why?????

Please click here for the TurboTax card customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.
