Did you e-file?   Was it accepted?  What does the status say?

The IRS says that they "try" to pay most refunds withing 21 days of filing, but of course that means that some refunds can take much longer. Once your tax return has been accepted by the IRS (or state) TurboTax receives no feedback whatsoever on the status of your refund. Only the IRS (or state) can give you any information after the tax return has been filed.

If the IRS "reviews" your return for any reason (even a random check), you can expect at least a 60 day delay - or longer.

You can check your TurboTax filing status here:

You can check the IRS Where's My Refund website:
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

Check your state refund here:

When you log into your account you should see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?   If it says Ready to Mail that means you are suppose to print and mail your return to the IRS.
