I filed my original return for 2020 in march. Needed to amend to file a form K-1. We used the look back rule this year, but the IRS isn't showing that? and saying we owe?

The IRS is not showing that PYEI for our EITC - But it shows on my amended return. Is there somewhere to see this look back rule used on my transcript? Or can a professional check on the back end and see that it was used?

Either the IRS is incorrect  or you were incorrect about the PYEI amount and the IRS caught it.  If you mailed in the return it could have been a data entry error by the IRS clerks.  Read the IRS notice carefully and respond to it if needed and explain your objection by providing supporting documentation.   You may want to seek local professional assistance  or you could try the TT audit support options:
