I filed my 2024 tax return using TurboTax Desktop. And all the steps were approved. I would like to check the same status in TurboTax Online. Is that possible?

No. Was it Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

For the Desktop program you have to check the filing status inside the program. Open your return and go up to menu item

File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status

Windows 10 updates wouldn't work to open existing Desktop Premier 2024; I deleted the Application; now I can't get program reinstalled!
