I filed my 2022 federal tax return using Turbotax in March of 2023 and have not received my tax refund. When will I receive my tax refund?

My refund was supposed to be direct deposited into my bank account.  It has not been deposited into my account. Why not?

No one here would know why you have not received your refund. Was your return accepted (if e-filed).  If your return was accepted then TurboTax does not get any more information regarding your return/refund.

For Federal refund you can check the IRS website, Where’s My Refund.

If you have a State refund, you can check the status on yours State website.

Same here... mine was accepted 3/25/23 and projected to have refund on 4/15/23.. still nothing. I called IRS twice and they said they are behind on returns... called today and suggested I keep an eye out for mail which could be a an audit.. If I don't receive anything in 2-3 weeks in the mail (no audit, no deposit) that they can escalate the issue then.... ugh.
