I filed my 2019 tax return with Turbotax and the IRS didn't get it. Can I get a copy of my return?

My tax return was filed on 3/20/2020 and the payment due of  $1113.00 was paid to the IRS from my checking account. Help!

More information may help resolve you issue.  For example, what leads you to believe the IRS did not receive your tax return?

If the payment was deducted from you bank account, it is almost certain that the IRS processed your tax return.

If you are trying to find the status of your stimulus payment, note that your 2019 tax return may not yet be uploaded to the the IRS "Get My Payment" website.

To find the PDF of your filed tax return prepared with TurboTax:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select Documents from the navigation when it appears.
3. Use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to choose the tax year you want and then select Download PDF.

I logged into the IRS site and it showed returns from 2017 and 2018 but not 2019. That's why I think they didn't receive it. Also, I didn't get my stimulus check even though they have my account number and there is nothing unusual about my return.

Please help!

I have verified with frost that the proper routing number and account number was used and they confirmed they didn't have any rejections to any account for that amount in the month of Mar. My refund of $29139 is missing. How do i reach the IRS about this?

If you had a tax due they do not have your account number for Direct Deposit.  They can not use the Direct Debit Info.

Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?

The reason I think my 2019 return didn't get to the IRS is that I went to the IRS site and it said it has the 2017 and 2018 but not the 2019 return. I also followed your instructions to print a copy of the 2019 from Turbotax and it said I didn't file yet.

I didn't get my stimulus check and I think it is because of the missing 2019 return. I also am worried that my 2019 return got lost.
