I filed my 2018 GA return on January 30th and still have not received my refund. Is there an issue with GA returns?

The state of Georgia started processing 2018 individual income tax returns on February 1, 2019 and they state it may take more than 90 days from the date of receipt by DOR to process a return and issue a refund. https://bit.ly/2D61G5k

How do I track my state refund?

Hi I've contacted the irs and they tell me to look over the return filing once more to see if something my be wrong that may be why I have not received them.
