I filed my 2008 tax returns through you and I need a copy, please. I have the disc but it cracked.

If you prepared your 2008 return using a CD installed to your own computer, then the only record is in your computer. Returns prepared using the desktop version are not stored online with TurboTax. It would also not be "on" the disc that you say is cracked. It would be on your hard drive.
