I filed an extension with my 2023 taxes and also sent a check for $600. I did not file the final tax return and I would like to do that now but need help to do that.

you will now need to purchase a desktop version of Turbotax for 2023. you will also have to upload the xxxx.tax2023 to your desktop to finish the return. you will not be able to e-file it. It will have to be mailed. Be sure to include the extension payment and attach any withholding statements. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Did you finish the 2023 return?  You can just print it  out and mail it now.  Make sure the $600 is entered   on schedule 3 line 10 which goes to 1040 line 31.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2024 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2024.
