I filed an amendment on my nys taxes. On March 14th I received an email they were accepted. I still have not received my refund.?

How did you amend your state tax return?  Amended returns cannot be e-filed--you have to print, sign and mail an amended return.  The email you got was more likely in regard to your original state tax return.

Yes you can efile a New York Amended return.
