I e-filed my taxes using TurboTax desktop software but the documents aren’t showing in the app how can I correct this?

If you used the CD/download the documents will never show up in the "app." They are stored on your own hard drive

For returns from 2009-2013 that I filed with TurboTax, saved files in my documents will not open with Word and are only a bunch of symbols. How may I open old files?
