what part of the tax papers do i enter the answer thati dont have a cancled debt

You can remove the form 1099-C since it does not apply to you.

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the Form 1099-C in the list and follow the instructions.
