If some of the refund that you were expecting was missing from your state tax refund, you may wish to contact your State Department of Revenue to determine if they have offset your refund (kept some for a debt they feel you owe).

Turbotax said my federal return was accepted but 2 months later I still have not been approved by the IRS. Why should I pay Turbotax when there is clearly a mistake on my return
