So last year my CPA filed my tax return for 2019 and I did not know that I can get an American Opportunity Credit refund. She didn't mention anything about it nor ask me for any 1098T form. I realized I was eligible as I was filing my 2020 tax with TurboTax and that I was supposed to get $1000 back on my 2019 tax return as well. It's been a year since I filed my 2019 tax return and I already got my refund (excluding the American opportunity credit refund). Is there any way I can fix and add my 1098T form now?

Only on an amended 2019 tax return.
So basically I cannot fix it because it hasn't been rejected by the IRS and I already got my tax refunds? Although I missed the 1098T form? Sorry I'm having a hard time understanding this

That is irreverent. A 2019 1098T can only be reported on a 2019 tax return. If not reported when you filed 2019 then you must amend 2019 to file it.
==========================
2019 and earlier can only be amended with TurboTax using the CD/download version installed on a PC or Mac computer.
2019 amended Federal returns can either be e-filed or mailed. 2018 and earlier amended returns can only be mailed. It is suggested that it be mailed certified with return receipt (or other tracking service) to verify that the IRS or state receives it.
See this TurboTax FAQ for detailed amend instructions:

-- Amended returns can only be mailed - allow 8-12 weeks - can take up to 16 weeks (4 months) for processing.
You can check the status of the amended return here, but allow 3 weeks after mailing.
